Brief information: Established in 1991, National Institute of Education is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, National Institute of Education (NIE) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution.
